We collect information that users have provided in the subscribe to our newsletter, in blog comments, contact page and and any other forms we have from time to time such as surveys, subscriptions and when you order a product.  This information that you have provided us allows us to service and/or deliver the requested product, improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions and information.

When you contact us at Open Heart Ministry, after proving you are not a robot, your email link goes directly to the ministry so that Mary or one of the team can contact you back.

How long we retain your data

OHM will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

When applicable, For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Our online giving and payment gateway is through PayPal. This is our on line e-commerce platform at this time. Your purchase data is stored as long as necessary to complete your transaction.

At no time does OHM store your credit card information.  If making a payment for products or services with cc by phone, after the transaction is completed, your credit card information is shredded.

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
